At Cost Plus Gaming, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most hardware and accessories. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
